Our decorated event set ups are extremely popular! We suggest you reserve your date at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Summer, holiday, and weekend dates book very quickly. *Services provided on holidays require an additional 25% fee.

Daytime rentals are from noon to 6pm. Overnight rentals are from noon to noon the following day. *All of our outdoor tent rental packages include the basic set up of a beautiful bell tent, with a spacious 16 feet of floor space, a fixed ground sheet, area rugs, floor pillows, low side tables, fairy lights or tealight lanterns, and a bouquet of colorful wildflowers. All prices include delivery, set up, and take down within a 40 mile radius of Menifee, California. Additional $.70/mile x 4 mileage charges apply outside of the 40 mile radius. We follow all enhanced cleaning protocols. All rental items are thoroughly disinfected  prior to our arrival at your site. Our crew members will be wearing face masks during any indoor set ups.

Indoor Teepee Camp Out - For ages 4 - 12

$375/daytime or one night, $450/two nights 

Little ones want to have fun too! An indoor teepee sleepover is perfect for them. Basic package includes 3 colorful teepee tents with single airbed mattresses, bedding, pillowcases, blanket, and fairy lights. Add teepees with bedding, mattress, and lights for $45/each. *When booking please specify daytime, one, or two nights. *For hygiene purposes, guests provide their own bed pillows.

Chill Out Tent -

$750/daytime or one night, $1000/two nights

Perfect for bridal or baby showers, bachelor parties, birthday parties, housewarmings, retreats, reunions, or any other party overflow. Make everyone happy with a separate tent space for kids and teens.

Date Night - $850/one night, $1100/two nights

Includes the basic tent package plus a queen size airbed with bedding, pillowcases, blanket, and a sitting area. *For hygiene purposes, guests provide their own bed pillows.

Family Camp Out - $950/one night, $1200/two nights

Includes the basic tent package plus a queen size airbed and two twins with bedding. *For hygiene purposes, guests provide their own sleeping pillows.

Slumber Party Sleepover -

$950/one night, $1200/two nights

Includes the basic tent package plus four twin airbeds with bedding. Great for out of town guests! *Extra airbeds available upon request for an additional fee of $45 with bedding, $30 without. *For hygiene purposes, guests provide their own bed pillows.

Teepee set ups require a 4' x 6' floor space per teepee. A clear, dry, level 20' x 20' grass or dirt space is required for the bell tents and guy line ropes. Otherwise 3BG will substitute our 10' bell. Tent site must be clear of any obstacles including debris, trash, rocks, and animal feces. If we are unable to set up the tent due to wet ground, inadequate space or major obstacles, a portion of the deposit may be withheld. Tents set up on concrete require weights at an additional charge of $75. Bookings must be made at least 21 days in advance. Prices include delivery, set up, and take down. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. Balance due 14 days prior to your event. You may cancel up to 8 days prior to your reserved date for a refund minus service fees. A $150 fee is charged for cancellation within 7 days of your reserved date. Payments will be accepted via money order, Cash App, Zelle, or credit card through the contract portal..
