Terms & Conditions
Teepee set ups require a 4' x 6' floor space per teepee. A dry, clean and clear 20' x 20' yard space is necessary for our bell tent set up. Please do not wet the ground for 2 days prior to your event. Prepping the space is not part of the service we provide during set up. The date of your rental we must have convenient access to the tent site. Set up is usually between 9am and noon. When we arrive, someone 18 years of age or older must be available to sign an authorization/item check list prior to set up. We request children and pets remain clear of the tent site area during set up for their protection. No food, drink, pets, shoes, or smoking permitted inside the tents. We return for 'Daytime Only' take down at 6pm, and at noon the following day for one and two night rentals. In the event of inclimate weather, in most cases you will be given the option to reschedule your rental if you contact us to do so AT LEAST 3 HOURS PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. Outdoor balloon decor requires a means of stationary mounting. Outdoor balloon decor longevity cannot be guaranteed.
3BellsGlamping will not be held responsible for any accidental damage caused by your guests during your rental period, nor will we be held liable for any injury or death caused by irresponsible misuse of our rental equipment during your rental period. Our tents and furnishings are safe for all ages when used correctly. Young children should be supervised at all times. Any lost, stolen or damaged rental equipment will be charged to the client at the cost of replacement. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if we encounter hostel or disrespectful guests, unsafe conditions, or if we witness illegal activity during the set up of our tent. You will be charged the full price of the original agreed rental. A check list of rental items will be provided at the time of delivery. Both client and company employee will verify the list with signatures. Clients are responsible for insuring all tents and rental items are in the original condition at take down. We request clients do not rearrange furnishings once the tent is set up. Any food, drink, pet stains, or other visible damage to tents and/or furnishings will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Feel free to post photos of your 3BellsGlamping event on social media. We reserve the right to use event photos on our website without compensation, and we will never share your personal information. You may also request we remove any photo of your event you do not want shared. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking with the full balance due 14 days prior to your event. Payment is accepted via money order, cashapp, Zelle, or credit card through our contract portal. $300 minimum order required for service outside 40 mile radius of Menifee, CA *If necessary, 3BG will substitute our 10' bell tent when a 20' x 20' area is not available.
